Flying

The effort started long back with the Icarus according to the Greek mythology with the help of the wax welded feathers to form the wings and after that those wings were attached to the Icarus who flown with it but died short while by a fall from the air due to melting down of the wings. This hobby is for those men and women who get the thrill from the great heights in the air and want to fly like a bird in the air. The Hobby can be divided into two parts. The first being the Gliding and the second is the powered flying. The gliders are the flying machines which do not have the power plant to enable them to fly. They are launched with the help of the winches or the powered aircraft. The gliders remain in the air for a very short span of time. Some time the gliders are towed to the air with the help of the powered aircraft to get a longer duration of flight.
