Radio Controlled Helicopters - Aero Modelling
As the radio controlled aircrafts these models also present you a moment to enjoy. The difference between the radio controlled aircrafts and helicopters is that, the aircrafts require a runway to fly whereas the helicopters do not require runway as per there original counterparts. The model helicopters are mostly available in the semi assembled or pre assembled.
For the radio controlled helicopters mostly fiber glass is used as the medium of construction beside that the requirement of the equipments also differ from the aircrafts as these models require the auto gyros. Beside that, these models do not use the normal air screws or the ducted fan units instead they use the rotors as per their original counterparts. By regular practice these can be made to perform the aerobatics like flying invert or make loops in the air. These models are also quite expensive and like the model radio controlled airplanes these are very long lasting. The main advantage with the model helicopters being you can fly them from your roof tops.
