Athlete’s Foot
The athlete’s foot is generally caused by the presence of moisture, heat and darkness. This is generally present, in our shoes and offers the fungus a good breeding ground. The athlete’s foot creates tremendous irritation between the toes.
There are many home remedies available for this disease. Take couple of Basil springs (Indian name Tulsi tip of the stem) and make a fine paste with water. Now take one fourth cup of salt in a foot basin and after adding the basil paste to it top it up with warm water. Soak your effected feet in it for not less than half to one hour and your problem would be over.
Soak your feet in hot water mixed with white vinegar in the ratio of 1:4 and keep your foot in the foot basin for at least half an hour. Repeat the process twice a day till you get the positive result.
It is advisable that you should always use the pure cotton socks in all the seasons to avoid the causing fungus.
