Backache

The most common ailment in the world is backache and in some or the other stage of our lives we suffer from this ailment. This ailment affects men and women in equal proportion. The severity and the causes vary from case to case. It is advisable that if your pain does not subside, then you should contact your doctor. Moreover the remedies described here are generally for the pain arising out due to the muscles.

Take dried ginger powder (Indian name sonth), baking powder and common salt in equal proportion and mix it. Take 1teaspoonful of this mixture with one glass of hot milk. It would reduce the pain.

Take raw potato and make a paste out of it. Make out poultice and apply over the affected portion to get the relief.

Take at least ten cloves of garlic and fry in mustard oil in low flame till they become golden brown, remove from fire and let it cool down. Filter and store in a clean bottle. Apply on the affected area whenever required vigorously to get the effective result repeat the procedure for at least 15 to 20 days. You can follow the massage up with a hot water bath. But make one thing sure that do not expose the affected region to the cold.
