Insomnia

Insomnia or the sleeplessness is not a very common phenomenon, but the affected person gets very tired and restless due to lack of rest to the brain. The India has many answers through the home remedies:

Take a full glass of warm milk before retiring to bed.

Make the juice of lauki (Indian name of the bottle gourd) and til oil (Indian name of sesame oil) in equal proportion and massage the head of the effected person gently with mixture helps to get the relief.

Take one table spoon of honey and mix it to the one cup of water, this mixture should be taken before retiring to bed.
